General Delivery Terms

Once the order is placed, you will be contacted by a DesignScan Customer Service to confirm specifications details, delivery time and payment terms.

We deliver items to Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania in accordance with the Terms of Service. To get estimation for delivery please select shipping option and provide delivery address on the Request Invoice step.

In addition, we can bring the items into the house (apartment) and assemble it. In such cases, the costs will be calculated separately based on:

• number of storeys
• dimensions and weight of the item
• sizes of doorways
• other factors affecting the cost of services

We also deliver internationally. Please contact DesignScan Customer Service via e-mail or telephone for such arrangements.

Shipping Cost in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania

• If picking from showroom, DesignScan will safely pack the items in according with the manufacturer's requirements and prepare it for shipment. At the appointed time, the goods prepared for transportation will be stored in the showroom.
• When the items are marked with label “free delivery”, DesignScan delivers it without any fees.
• Delivery to the door of the customer house for 0,97 €/km.
